    Together, we select the date and seasonal set design. Church Traditions™ creates your dedicated family booking page and manages appointment scheduling, registration, payments, and event preparation.

    03 — Your Church Spreads the Word

    We provide ready-to-share promotional materials and your church's dedicated booking link. Your team simply shares the opportunity with your congregation through the communication channels you already use.

    04 — We Create the Memories

    On event day, our team transforms your designated space into a welcoming Studio Portrait Experience. Families arrive at their reserved time, enjoy their experience, and leave with a professionally printed 4×6 portrait—printed while they wait.

    05 — Your Ministry Benefits

    After your Memory Weekend, your church receives a Ministry Support Contribution based on family participation.
